If you have troubles obtaining your Ryanair discount, make sure that you did all what follows:

  1. Register on https://esncard.org and associate your ESNcard
  2. Register on https://www.ryanair.com/ and login using username and password (NO Facebook login NO Google login)
  3. All your data on esncard.org and ryanair.com must match!
    (Name, last name, accents, upper / lower case letters, ESNcard number)
    "Home university" on Ryanair website is intended as your home country university (not Torino)!
  4. The system will tell you that Ryanair is checking your data. After some time, refreshing the page, you should be able to book your discounted flights

    The registration and discount management system is totally independent from ESN Torino.
    If you still have problems:

    1. Keep trying to add your information on Ryanair profile and after 4/5 times, the system should accept your data and you should be able to use your discounts
    2. Sometimes the discount is applied even if the validation of the ESNcard is still in progress
    3. It can help also to change some data in the account and save it, in order to force the system to retry the validation
    4. Check https://esncard.org/ryanair
